Dear Music Department Families,
The Sequoia Union High School District, in coordination with county health officials, has made the decision to cancel all domestic travel for the foreseeable future. This means that the music department trips to New York, Chicago, the Santa Cruz Jazz Festival and the Music in the Parks Festival are canceled. Know that this decision was not taken lightly.
As veteran music educators, we have participated in countless tours and know firsthand what a memorable life experience music tours provide. We look forward to once again being able to provide once in a lifetime experiences to our students when things eventually return to normal. Until then, we hope that everyone remains healthy.
