The Carlmont Instrumental Music program relies on parent support to maintain and grow our outstanding music program. We are asking *each family* to volunteer to support our music program! We have many opportunities with varying degrees of time commitment. As volunteer opportunities arise and are developed for the 2023-2024 school year, they will be posted here.
Current open urgent requests:
- Volunteer Coordinator: Recruit volunteers for concerts, events, and all program needs.
- Ensemble Rep: Coordinate any ensemble-specific needs with the Director.
- Ludus Ticketing Representative: Work to set up our concerts within the Ludus ticketing system; coordinate with staff, Instrumental Music Board and Ludus reps to sell tickets, detail special offers and donations, and support ticket sales. No experience required — will train.
- “Volunteer Brigade”
(New): Volunteers ready to help for small, defined program needs. Time commitment varied but typically one-time, couple hours commitment. - We will also have opportunities at all of the concert events.
